Defining messaging for Samsung’s 2017 TV and AV range

In 2017, Samsung introduced the QLED TV. It was their biggest TV innovation to date. I produced all of the below the line messaging for the entire range, along with the entire 2017 audio range.  


I directly consulted with Samsung at their UK headquarters. Over a two month period, I undertook workshops and collaborative sessions with some of the highest ranking members of Samsung's TV and audio departments.


I produced a document of over 100,000 words, that has since been used to dictate tone and messaging across dotcom, in social and in stores.
