“Creating a digital home for Samsung’s flagship experience space.”
The brief
Samsung KX is an experience store in Coal Drops Yard. It’s a space that’s more than just a shop. It allows people to create things, discover new technologies and chase passions. And it needed a digital home to unveil it to the world.
A new hub
In collaboration with a team of UX designers, digital designers and developers, I helped create a hub to show off the space and entice visitors.
Tweaking and testing
I produced the messaging for the entire experience and helped define the journey. We then A/B tested copy, visuals, and layouts to optimise performance.
Results
Within the first few months, the experience received 73K visits, exceeding all expectations. For SEUK, it’s been a great success and is ever-expanding in functionality.
